AIRGRAFT Clean Vaporizer and AIRGRAFT 2 Battery (“Device”) come with a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser (“Customer”) provided that, for Devices purchased after April 1st, 2021, the Customer has an active subscription to AIRGRAFT’s membership-based platform at the time of the exercise of the warranty.
The warranty is not transferable. This warranty applies only to Devices purchased through an authorized reseller. Warranty requires proof of purchase, identity of Customer and return of the Device.
In the event that the Customer suspects a default with a Device, the Customer should contact AIRGRAFT to obtain service under this warranty by one of the following means:

Proof of purchase will be requested before warranty service will be provided. Please retain purchase receipt for your records.
In order to assess the reported problem, AIRGRAFT Customer Support will contact you by phone. If AIRGRAFT Customer Support cannot troubleshoot the issue over the phone, AIRGRAFT may, at its discretion, (1) repair the Device, (2) authorize the replacement of the Device by an authorized retailer, or (3) credit the amount of the device towards a purchase on AIRGRAFT’s website.
AIRGRAFT may request additional details from the Customer, including photos and/or videos to determine whether warranty service is required.
All Devices approved for warranty service must be returned to AIRGRAFT or an authorized retailer before a replacement Device will be provided. The product for return should be thoroughly cleaned, placed into its original box if possible, or a suitable size bubble wrap protective envelope, or similar suitable packaging material.
THIS ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, AND WITHOUT LIMITATION TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE EXTENT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IS REQUIRED BY LAW WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES MANUFACTURED, LISTED OR PURCHASED FROM AIRGRAFT. THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE-YEAR TERM PERIOD EXPRESSED ABOVE. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CUSTOMER. AIRGRAFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION TO, FOR PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, CLAIMS THAT ARE DUE TO NORMAL WEAR, PRODUCT MISUSE, ABUSE, PRODUCT MODIFICATION, IMPROPER PRODUCT SELECTION, NON-COMPLIANCE WITH ANY CODES, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT OR MISAPPROPRIATION, LOST REVENUES OR PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.
IN THE EVENT OF ANY PROBLEM WITH THE DEVICE OR ANY OTHER PRODUCTS THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED FROM AIRGRAFT, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO SEEK A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS POLICY.
Limitations on implied warranty and the exclusion of liability are subject to state laws and may not apply to Customer depending on the location where the Device was sold. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Any claim under the warranty must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase for the Device showing place, date and time of purchase through an authorized reseller.
FOR USE BY ADULTS ONLY. The AIRGRAFT Device is exclusively for use with plant oil extracts. Tobacco and Nicotine cannot be used with the Device. It is not designed or sold for use with tobacco, or any tobacco product, or as a tobacco substitute and does not allow for the use of e-liquids or nicotine replacement products. Any attempt to use the AIRGRAFT vaporizer with e-liquids could result in damage to the Device itself and is accordingly not covered by any warranties – express or implied.
AIRGRAFT does not process or accept returns of new and unused Devices purchased through an authorized third-party retailer; in such cases, returns and refunds of new and unused Devices are subject to the policies in place at the third-party retailer at the time of purchase or return of the Device.
